About the owner feedback report
MRI Vault makes it easy to compile and share feedback with property owners. The owner feedback report pulls together all relevant enquiries and interactions from the property card into a professional, customisable format.
Generate the report
To generate the report:
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the Owner Feedback tab
- Click Owner Feedback
- Select the desired date range
- Click Create Owner Report
A pop-up will appear, allowing you to customise the report to suit your needs.
You can configure:
- To - Choose the owner(s) the report is for
- Show - Display either the client’s first name or full name
- Use - Choose the report format: Cloud Letter Template, Word Doc Template, or Designly Live Report (via email link)
- Options - Choose whether to show repeat enquiry/interaction counts and cold/hot/warm interest status
- Include - Select which sections of the feedback to include or exclude

Style - Choose the report template style you want to use
- Click a template to generate the report in that style
The report will open in a new window.
Options:
- Save to Filing Cabinet - Stores the report in the property's filing cabinet for future reference
- Save To Filing Cabinet (PDF) - Stores the report as a PDF in the property's filing cabinet
- Send Email to Owner - Share the report directly with the property owner
Preview the report before sending it to ensure it looks professional and includes the correct data.
- Click File > Preview
- Click Send Email To Owner when you're ready
Send the report via email
Once the report is ready, you’ll be prompted to configure the email details.
- Fill in the email fields:
- To - Choose the owner(s) to receive the report
- (Optional) (tick) to manually enter email
- BCC - Add internal users
- From - Select the sender (this is where replies will go)
- Template - Choose a Designly or email template

Subject - Include a relevant subject line or stick to the default subject
- Click Send Email when you're ready
Save to the filing cabinet
Once the report is generated, it can be saved to the filing cabinet.
- Click Save To Filing Cabinet
- Fill in the following fields:
- Name - Enter the name of the file
- Visible To - Choose who can view the template (e.g., everyone, a team, or a specific user).
- Visible in - Select the folder where the template will be stored
- Click Save
You can access the file in the filing cabinet at any time to edit, download, email, or send it to Secure Sign.
Save to the filing cabinet as a PDF
You can save the report as a PDF in the filing cabinet.
- Click Save To Filing Cabinet
- Fill in the following fields:
- Name - Enter the name of the file
- Visible To - Choose who can view the template (e.g., everyone, a team, or a specific user).
- Visible in - Select the folder where the template will be stored
- Click Save
You can access the file in the filing cabinet at any time to edit, download, email, or send it to Secure Sign.
