Create a folder
MRI Vault lets you create digital folders to organise files, templates, and stored content—just like a virtual filing cabinet. These folders appear across contact and property cards, templates, the email builder, and eMarketing.
- Go to: Settings > Folders
- Select the relevant tab based on where you want the folder to appear
- Click Add New Folder Type in the bottom-right corner
- Enter a folder name and click Save
- To edit or delete a folder, click Edit next to the folder name
Folder options for property filing cabinets
Property folders have extra settings to customise visibility and access, with additional options available when creating a filing cabinet (property) folder.
- Go to: Settings > Folders
- Select the Filing Cabinet (Property) tab
- Click Add New Folder Type in the bottom-right corner
The available options are:
- Visibility - Choose whether the folder appears for Sales, Lease, or Both
- Parent Folder - Nest the folder under an existing one
- Contracts Folder - Files sent from this folder via the mobile app will automatically mark attendees as Contract Sent
-
Default File Access - Set default access permissions for files added to this folder.
- Click Save
