About eMarketing Storage
MRI Vault provides unlimited cloud storage, including a dedicated eMarketing Storage area for your campaign files. This feature helps you upload, organise, and share assets like images, PDFs, and documents used in your marketing communications.
Add a file to eMarketing Storage
Use this feature to upload files that will be used in your marketing campaigns.
- Go to: eMarketing > eMarketing Storage
- Click Add/Upload File in the bottom-right corner
- On the Add/Upload File screen, fill in the following:
- File - Choose the file you want to upload
- Folder(s) - Select one or more folders to organise your file

Visibility - Tick Everyone to make the file accessible to all users, or untick to choose specific users who can access the file
- Click Add/Upload File to complete the upload
Use the file URL in your campaigns
After uploading, MRI Vault generates a unique URL for your file. This URL can be used in your eMarketing templates or campaigns.
- Go to: eMarketing > eMarketing Storage
- Right-click on a URL > Click Copy link
- Paste the link in your eMarketing templates
Manage your files
You can view, edit and delete unused files.
Filter files by folder
- Go to: eMarketing > eMarketing Storage
- Click the View selector in the top-right corner to filter files based on folder selection
Edit and delete files
- Click Edit next to the file to update its details or remove it if needed
- Click Save after editing
- To delete: Click Delete
- In the pop-up window, click Delete File
Note: If this file is referenced in emarketing/EDM emails, it will appear broken if a recipient views your EDM.
