About KPIs
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) help you measure progress toward your business goals. In MRI Vault, you can set KPIs for sales and leasing activities and monitor them over time.
Set up your KPIs
To configure KPIs:
- Go to: My Settings > KPIs
- Choose your KPI settings:

Timing - Select when KPIs reset:
- Sliding Window - Last 30 days
- First Day of Month - Monthly reset

Sales Division - Apply KPIs for:
- Appraisals
- Listings
- Sales
- Total Gross Commission

Lease Division - Apply KPIs for:
- Lease appraisals
- New managements
- Click Save/Update to apply your changes
Note: System administrators can set KPIs for other staff or the entire office using the dropdown in the top-right corner.
Track your KPIs
Once KPIs are set, monitor them using widgets:
- My KPIs Widget - Add this widget to your dashboard to track personal KPIs

Office KPIs Widget - If you have access to office dashboard widgets, use this to track KPIs for the entire office
