Share documents with owners
You can control which documents owners see in Client Login by selecting them from the property’s filing cabinet. This ensures that owners have only access to the files you choose to share.
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the Filing Cabinet dropdown
- Click Owner Feedback Files
- Tick/select files from the Filing Cabinet to make them visible in Client Login (and/or the Owner Report as applicable)
- Click Save/Update
These files will automatically be available to the owner when he signs into the Client Login portal.
