Ensure the owner has been set up in their property's Client Login portal.
Reset or recover an owner’s access
Owners can reset their password themselves, or you can help by resending the login email. This ensures they can securely access their property information without delays.
Owner self-service reset
Owners can self-serve a reset, or you can resend the login email.
- Go to the Client Login page
- Click Forgotten password?
- Enter the username
- Click Send Email
- Follow the link in the email to set a new password.
Staff-assisted
If the owner can’t reset their password or the activation link has expired, resend the login email from MRI Vault.
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Owner Feedback tab > Client Login
- Click Send Login Email to resend activation or reset instructions
- Click Setup Access to change permissions or username
- Click Save/Update
Tip: If the owner doesn’t receive emails, ask them to check spam/junk and confirm the username (email address) is correct in Setup Access.
