Learn how to set up the client login so owners can securely view real-time property information, documents, and feedback.

Before you start
What you’ll need:
Make sure you have a property to reference and appropriate access to the Owner Feedback tab.
- You’ll configure access per owner from a property record
- Have the owner’s email ready (used by default as the username)
- Decide what data the owner should see (via Grant Access options)
Set up owner access (staff)
Create or select a login profile, choose a username, set the permissions for the owner, and send the activation email.
To set up access:
- Go to: A property card
- Click the Owner Feedback > Client Login
- Find the owner in the list and click Setup Access
- Configure the profile and visibility:
- Profile - Defaults to Create new. Choose an existing profile if the owner already has one
- Username - Defaults to the owner’s email. You can choose a different format if required
- Grant Access - Select the data the owner can view in Client Login

Prospective Buyers - Choose whether to show first name, full name, or hide buyer names
- Click Save/Update to apply your settings
- Click Send Login Email to send activation instructions to the owner
- Verify the information is accurate:
- Ensure the correct email address is selected if multiple options exist
- The default subject appears, which can be edited if necessary
- Change the sender if needed
- Click Send login Email
Note: The activation link expires 48 hours after being sent. The password owners' set is encrypted and known only to them.
Tip: Use Send Login Email again to help an owner reset their password if they forget it.
Activate your account (owner)
What happens next:
Owners complete activation from the email you send and set their password to access the portal.
Owner's steps:
- Open the Client Login access email and click Activate Account
- Create a new password for Client Login
- Click Set Password
- Use the Client Login link in the email to sign in with your username and new password
