Learn how to access historical enquiries and feedback data from withdrawn or settled listings.
Select the past Life ID
When a listing is withdrawn or settled, the system assigns a new Life ID and clears the current owner feedback report. However, previous enquiries and feedback data are retained and can be accessed by selecting the relevant past Life ID.
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Owner Feedback tab
- Click Owner Feedback
- Select a past Life ID from the drop-down menu
- Select the desired date range
This will load the relevant historical data.
Note: To ensure the correct data populates, adjust the date range to match the period when the property was last listed. This step is essential for retrieving accurate feedback and enquiry records.
