About the electronic table
The electronic table (eTable) allows you to share listing information and documents digitally with prospective clients. No printing required. You can include the eTable link in emails and SMS templates, and access it via the mobile app.
Before using the electronic table, you can choose to update the page background colour.
- The eTable displays a status to indicate whether it is active
- If not active, an indicator will display to provide context, such as when it is not yet shared
- This helps users quickly understand whether the eTable is ready to use
Add documents to the electronic table
Before you can share an electronic table, you’ll need to upload any documents you want to include. These documents are optional, but can enhance your marketing efforts.

- Ensure Internal Marketing is ticked in the property’s visibility settings
- Click the Filing Cabinet tab and upload your documents
- Once uploaded, click the Filing Cabinet dropdown > Click eTable
- Tick the documents you want to include in the eTable
- Click Save/Update
- Preview the Electronic Table by clicking View eTable
- Click the Copy link option to quickly share the URL without opening a new tab
Share the electronic table link
You can include the eTable link in emails, SMS messages, and templates to make it easy for clients to access property details and documents.
- Add the eTable link when sending one-on-one or bulk emails
- Use merge fields to include the eTable in email and SMS templates
- Access the eTable via the mobile app to send documents on the go
Track views and downloads
Once the eTable is sent to a contact, you can track how often it’s viewed and which documents are downloaded.
- Go to: The property listing
- The Owner Feedback tab
- From the drop-down menu, click Owner Feedback
- Scroll down to eTable Stats
- View stats including:
- Contact name
