About listing features and chattels
Features are grouped attributes that help describe a property listing. These features can be displayed on selected portals and websites to enhance visibility and provide more detail to potential buyers or renters.
Add features to a property listing
To assign features to a property listing:
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the Features tab
- Tick the checkboxes next to the features that apply to the property
- Add custom features (if needed)
- If a desired feature isn’t listed, scroll to the Other Features section
- Enter the feature manually using the freeform text field
- Use portal-specific features
- For features that apply only to certain portals, use the Portal Specific section
- Add attributes tailored to the portal’s requirements
- Click Save/Update to apply the selected features to the listing
Tip:
- Use grouped features to maintain consistency across listings and improve searchability on portals
- Custom features added in the Other Features section may not be searchable or filterable on all portals
- Portal-specific features help tailor listings to meet the unique criteria of each platform
