In addition to sending an email to a single contact, we also provide the option to send a bulk email to your database.

Send bulk emails
- Go to: eMarketing > Email Communicator
- Select your desired template type (Either an Email, a Designly template, or an EDM Via a URL link)
- Select your recipients from the options below:

Use relationship - Select from Current Owners/Vendors, Landlords, Tenants, or Purchasers

Category(s) - Select from the desired contact categories

Contact distribution list - Select from your distribution lists
- Depending on what message type you have selected, the following options will be available:
Email sending options
- Filter(s) - Filter your recipients via the marketing contact attached
Note: To avoid unintentionally limiting recipients, ensure Filter(s) > Marketing Contact #1 is set to N/A unless filtering by a specific user is required.
- Precinct - Filter your recipients via a specific precinct that has been created
- From - Select the sender of the email. If the recipient responds to the email, this will go to the selected sender's defined email address
- Timing - The system will automatically tick Send Now. However, you can untick it to schedule it for a different date and time
- Template - Select an existing email template to populate
- Subject - Add your desired subject of the email
- eMarketing Storage - Add a link to an attachment from your eMarketing Storage or a property eTable link
- Message - If you do not select a template, you can create your message or edit your chosen template before sending
Designly sending options
- Filter(s) - Filter your recipients via the marketing contact attached
- Precinct - Filter your recipients via a specific precinct that has been created
- From - Select the sender of the email. If the recipient responds to the email, this will go to the selected sender's defined email address
- Timing - The system will automatically tick Send Now. However, you can untick it to schedule it for a different date and time
- Subject - Add your desired subject of the email
- Template - Select an existing Designly template to populate (Market Report/eCards only)
EDM Via URL sending options
- Filter(s) - Filter your recipients via the marketing contact attached
- Precinct - Filter your recipients via a specific precinct that has been created
- From - Select the sender of the email. If the recipient responds to the email, this will go to the selected sender's defined email address
- Timing - The system will automatically tick Send Now. However, you can untick it to schedule it for a different date and time
- Subject - Add your desired subject of the email
- eNewsletter URL - This will be a URL pointing towards a created HTML newsletter
5. Once you have completed your email, click on Next (Preview). This will provide an email preview to review before sending
Manage sent emails and activity tracking
Once an email has been sent, it will automatically be logged in each contact's notes, and the user can view its contents.
- Go to: A contact or property card
- Click on the Notes tab
- Scroll down to the Notes Log section
You can track the activity of a bulk email:
- Go to: eMarketing > Track Marketing Campaign
- Click the Campaign drop-down menu
- Select the campaign
- Click View Results
Email activity can also be tracked on an individual contact:
- Go to: A contact or property card
- Click on the Other tab
- Click on Campaigns
You can view pending emails:
- Go to: eMarketing > Email Communicator
- Click the View Scheduled/Pending tab
You can remove scheduled messages:
- Go to: eMarketing > Email Communicator
- Click > View Scheduled/Pending tab
- Click Remove to the right of the scheduled message to stop the pending email from being sent
- On the pop-up confirmation message, click Remove
