The track marketing campaign feature helps you measure the effectiveness of your email campaigns and review all bulk eMarketing sent via Vault.

Use the track marketing campaign
To use this feature for bulk emails:
- Go to: eMarketing > Track Marketing Campaign
- Select the desired campaign from the Campaign drop-down menu
- Click View Results
This will populate all results of the campaign, including the recipients and statistics.
- On the right side of the table, under Results, click View
The views/activity pop-up will display a more detailed breakdown of the recipient's interaction with your email.
Additional options are available:
- View - Shows the campaign
- Create Public Link - Creates a public link
- Print Campaign Results - This opens your browser's print screen to print to a selected printer or PDF
Create a distribution list
You can create a contact distribution list based on the returned results:
- Click Create Distribution List
- Tick who you want to include
- Enter the name of the distribution list
- Click Next
You will see a message confirming the distribution list has been created.
- Click Close
Monitor email engagement per contact
For each contact, you can track the results of any bulk or individual emails sent through Vault. This includes a breakdown of views and clicks received within the marketing.
- Go to: An example contact
- Click the Other tab > Campaigns
- Select the desired campaign from the Campaign drop-down menu
- Click View Results
This will populate the results, including the first view, most recent view, total views, and link clicks
You can click on View Activity for a more detailed breakdown of the recipient's interaction with your email.
IP Addresses indicate different device locations; therefore, if there are multiple, this can suggest a recipient's apparent interest in your eMarketing content. For example, a client may open it on different devices or forward it to friends, family, or colleagues.
Track an individual property campaign
The owner feedback report will also populate all marketing campaigns in relation to the property (Buyer Matches). These results can be included in the owner feedback report and tracked directly via the report.
