About precincts
The precinct module allows you to define specific geographic areas on a map that represent the regions your office services. Once a precinct is established, you can search for contacts or properties within that area and send targeted bulk messages. This tool is ideal for focused marketing campaigns and creating location-based reports on contacts and properties.
Create a precinct
Define a geographic area on the map that represents a region your office services.
- Go to Properties > Precincts
- A map will appear, centred on your office location. You can pan and zoom to your desired area.
- Draw your precinct directly on the map
- Enter a name for the precinct and choose who can view it:
- All Staff
- A specific team
- An individual staff member
- Click Save Precinct
Once saved, the precinct will automatically link to all properties and contacts within its boundaries.

Once a precinct is created, you can use it to filter data, send communications, and run reports.
