About triggers
Automation triggers in MRI Vault help you streamline repetitive tasks by setting up rules that automatically perform actions based on specific events or dates.
You can create your own triggers to support custom workflows, such as appraisals, listings, follow‑ups, or assigning action lists when certain events occur. Depending on your access, triggers can be applied either across the office or to your own user data.
