Add a property date
Vault allows you to record important dates for each property, such as pipeline or settlement dates. You can also create custom date fields to track additional milestones.
Easily add a new date to a property record to track key events.
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Other tab > Dates
- In the Dates / Pipeline / Anniversaries window, review existing dates or click Add in the top-right corner
- In the Add/Edit Date window, complete the following fields:
- Type - Select the date type (e.g., Pipeline, Settlement)
- Date - Enter the date for the selected type
- Contact - If multiple owners exist, choose the relevant contact
- Property - This defaults to the current property

Assigned - Select the user responsible for this date
- Click Save
Your new date is now added to the property record.
Track pipeline dates
Monitor upcoming pipeline dates to stay on schedule.
- After adding a pipeline date, you can edit it at any time from the Dates section
- View upcoming pipeline dates for the next two months using the pipeline widget on your dashboard.

Automate actions with date triggers
Set up automated reminders or actions to occur when a specific date is reached.
You can create triggers for property dates, including pipeline dates, to:
- Send an email or SMS
- Assign an action list
