About automatic owner summary
Automatic owner summary sends an SMS update to owners after open homes without requiring manual action from agents. The feature uses a selected SMS template to automatically share inspection summaries once the scheduled process runs.
This is useful for teams managing multiple open homes, as it ensures owners receive consistent and timely feedback while reducing manual follow‑up.
Automatic owner summary is configured per property and can be enabled or disabled at any time.
Enable automatic owner summary
You can enable automatic owner summary from the Open homes tab of a property.
To enable automatic owner summary:
- Go to: Properties
- Locate and select the relevant property
- Select the Open homes tab
- Click Automatic owner summary: Disabled
- Select an SMS template
- Click Enable
Once enabled, the system automatically sends the selected SMS template to the owner after each scheduled open home, using recent feedback recorded against the property.
SMS templates used for owner summary
Automatic owner summary requires an SMS template to be selected before it can be enabled.
Available templates include:
- Owner login and summary
- Detailed owner summary report
The selected template determines what information is sent to the owner after open homes.
Disable automatic owner summary
You can turn off automatic owner summary at any time if SMS updates are no longer required.
To disable automatic owner summary:
- Click Automatic owner summary: Enabled
- Select Disable
