About cloning properties
If your development includes multiple properties, you can duplicate an existing property to avoid re-entering details manually. This feature helps maintain consistency and speeds up setup.
Clone a property
- Go to the property you want to copy
- Click Options in the top-left corner
- Select Create a Copy (Clone Property)
- Update property details in the Property: Create A Copy screen:
- Select the new status and class
- Update address details
- Choose whether to copy property photos and owner(s) by ticking/unticking the boxes
- After updating the details, click Create a Copy
The system creates the new property. You can now open it and make any additional changes.
