About property deletion
You can only delete a property when its status is Prospect or Not Currently Listed. If the property is an active appraisal or listing, you must first withdraw it.
Before you begin
- Ensure you have Delete Property enabled in your User Management Settings
- Confirm that your Advertising and/or Sales Trust ledger has a zero balance
Delete a property
- Go to: The property profile
- Click Options (next to Property)
- Select Delete Property
- Click Yes/Continue to confirm
The property will be removed from the system.
Note: This action can't be undone. If the property is needed
again, it will have to be created manually.
