Learn how to create property flyers and brochures using Print Lab, from sending data to AdBuilder to customising templates and downloading high-resolution PDFs.

Before you start
- Ensure your property is listed in MRI Vault
- Confirm that templates are available in your account
- Franchise offices: Your corporate office may have already set these up for you
- Make sure the chosen property has photos in the Photos tab.
Create flyers and brochures in Print Lab
Follow these steps to design, customise, and download property flyers or brochures using Print Lab. Each step guides you through sending property data, selecting templates, editing content, and saving your final PDF.
- Go to: The property profile you want to create a flyer for
- Click Print Lab in the top menu
- When prompted, click Yes/Continue to send property data from Vault to AdBuilder
- Wait for confirmation that the data has been sent
- Click Create PDF/Job
- Select the Type of Marketing you want to create
- Choose DIY Templates, then select the Format
- Click Generic Templates to view available styles
- Select your preferred style
Tip: The style will auto-populate with property details
sent
to Print Lab.
- Click the green AdBuilder button to open the editing window
- Choose the number of photos for your brochure (based on template options)
- To change photos:
- Scroll to Property Photo 1 and click the arrows next to the preview pane
- Select the desired photo from the pop-up
- Repeat for each image
Tip: For a 3-photo brochure, use the kitchen/lounge as the
main image, master bedroom second, and entertaining area third.
For two-page brochures:
- Click >> on the top right to move to the second page
- Add elements like a floor plan
- Click SAVE AND NEXT (bottom right)
You’ll return to MRI Vault where the brochure is saved
- On the right-hand side:
- Click Open Hi Res PDF to download
- Save the file in Attach Files or Filing Cabinet for the property
- To create a new card, click Create PDF/Job again
Tip: You can edit the PDF in Print Lab by clicking the edit
button.
