Learn how to add photos to a property using an easy drag-and-drop system or by setting up a photographer's login so your photographer can upload images directly into MRI Vault for the property.

Add photos to a property
To add photos to a property:
- Go to: The property record
- Click the Photos tab
- Drag and drop your property images and floorplan, or click to upload
- Once you have uploaded your pictures, they will appear in the Photos section
- Enter a Caption
- Drag and drop the blocks to set the order in which you want the pictures to appear online
- Tick the toggle to enable to ensure that you set the floor plan for the property
- Once you are done, click Save Changes
Use photo views and functions
You can manage photos using either List View or Grid View, available in the top‑right corner of the Photos tab. Grid View is recommended when arranging multiple images, as it allows you to see and reorder photos more easily.
Use the slider to increase or decrease photo size.
Multi‑select and bulk actions
In both List and Grid View, multiple functions can be utilised. Select multiple photos or apply actions to only the images you choose. You can select all images, clear selections, or choose individual photos to apply bulk actions such as publish, unpublish, watermark, download, or remove.
To apply bulk-actions:
- Select the images using the checkboxes or click Select All
- Use the action bar to apply bulk actions to the selected photos
- Photo Rotation - Set up and apply photo rotation (scrolling) to keep your property listings fresh and engaging
- Publish - Make selected images visible on portals
- Unpublish- Remove selected images from portals and internal marketing
- Watermark - Apply an existing watermark overlay

Download - Download selected images as:
- Original (high‑resolution)
- Web‑optimised
- Thumbnail
- Remove - This allows you to bulk remove all images that have been selected
Individual photo actions
Each image also supports individual actions in both List View and Grid View.
To apply individual actions in List View:
- Hover over the image row
- Select the required action from the available options:
- Touch‑up - Edit photos directly within the CRM
- Watermark - Apply an existing watermark
- Remove - Remove the image
- Tick or Untick Published
To apply individual actions in Grid view:
- Hover over the image
- Click the Three‑dot menu
- Select the relevant action
Apply property tags
Property tags are a unique way for you to categorise your properties based on desirable features. Once tagged, you can locate listings via tags in Filter Properties and assign these tags against a client's buy/rent requirement to tailor which listing they receive further.
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Tags tab
- You can add existing tags by clicking on the tag on the left-hand side, or manually add a tag by typing it into the Or Add Tag: bar and pressing return (enter)
Once added, the tag entered will appear in the box below. This allows you to search for properties using the assigned tags and to add these tags to clients' buy or rent requirements.
If you have added a tag in error, click the tag to open a pop-up window that lets you remove it by clicking Yes/Delete.
Apply image tags
Our AI platform (Machine Learning) automatically applies image tags. It analyses your uploaded photos and highlights elements of the building, surroundings, and objects within the home.
Once applied, you can search for properties using the image tags based on the property tags.
