This article covers:
Note: To upload or modify a watermark, you must have system admin access. If you are part of a franchise group, this area may be uneditable, as it may already have been applied to your account.
Upload a watermark
- Go to Settings > Watermarks
- Click on Add Watermark/Overlay
- Add the name, upload the watermark image, and select where you would like the watermark to appear
Note: Only PNG files are accepted, and it is recommended to use the highest resolution image, as the watermark tool will not stretch your watermark, which can result in a smaller watermark. We also advise you to ensure there is no clear space around the logo/watermark.
- Click Save
Repeat the above process to upload additional watermarks.
Apply a watermark to an image
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Photos tab
Tip: If the property lacks photos, you can upload them now.
You have two options to apply a watermark:
- Watermark through bulk actions - This will apply the watermark to all selected images simultaneously
-
Watermark on the image block - Add a watermark to individual images
- Click Watermark to the right of an image
- Select the watermark image (if more than one has been uploaded)
- Choose to replace the existing image or create a copy
- Click Apply Watermark/Overlay
If you opt to create a copy, the image will be duplicated in the photos area, where you can verify if the changes are acceptable and either remove the original or repeat the previous steps.
