PDF flyers are a simple way to present property details in a polished, shareable format. They include photos, key features, agent contact information, and your branding—ideal for marketing campaigns or open homes.

Generate a PDF flyer for a single property

Follow these steps to create a flyer for one property:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. Click the Other tab > PDF Flyer
  3. Choose a Template (Ensure a template is selected before creating the PDF)
Note: You can override Agent #1 or #2 with another user. If not, the system uses the default contact staff linked to the property.
  1. Click Create PDF to generate the flyer
  2. Download or email the flyer

  • Download - Save the flyer as a PDF to your computer
  • Send via email - Email the flyer directly from MRI Vault

Email sending options

If you choose Send via email, complete these fields:

  • To - Select the recipient from the database
Tip: If the contact does not exist, check Contact does not exist, enter email address to add one or more addresses manually.
  • From - Choose the sender’s email address
  • Subject - Enter the subject line
  • Template - Choose your Designly template from the dropdown
  • Message - Edit the template or write a custom message

Generate PDF flyers for multiple properties

To create flyers for multiple properties:

  1. Search and Filter - Use filters to find the properties you want
  2. After the search, click PDF Flyers
