Track expected opportunities with pipelines
Vault CRM’s pipeline module helps you track expected opportunities by adding pipeline details to both prospects and appraisals. You can do this via the web platform or the mobile app. This guide outlines all available methods.
Note: All appraisals will be listed in the pipeline as unassessed. However, Prospects will only populate if either the Temperature or the Expected Sale date field is selected.
Method 1: Add pipeline details during property creation (web)
You can add pipeline details while creating a new property using the appraisal wizard or add property flow.
- Go to Properties > Appraisal Wizard or Add Property
- When adding a prospect or appraisal, fill in the pipeline details section
- If you're entering a lease, pipeline options will also be available during this step
Method 2: Add pipeline details to an existing property (web)
Already have a property in Vault CRM? You can update pipeline details directly from the property record.
- Go to: The property card of an existing prospect or appraisal
- Locate the pipeline section
- If the property is a lease, pipeline options will appear accordingly
Method 3: Add pipeline details via the Vault mobile app
You can manage pipeline details on the go using the MRI Vault mobile app.
- Open the app and log in
- Tap Properties > + (top right corner)
- In the Agent Price Opinion screen, enter pipeline details
- For leases, pipeline options will be available here as well
Manage existing properties
- Tap into an existing property
- Select Pipeline to view or update details
- Lease-specific pipeline options will appear if applicable
