Integrate with Propps

Learn how to integrate Propps with MRI Vault to efficiently manage digital property offers.

Add Propps integration to Vault

Set up the connection between Vault and Propps to begin managing digital offers.
To enable the integration:

  1. Go to: Office Integrations > Third-Party Access
  2. Click Add Token
  3. Select Propps from the list of third-party options

  4. Click Create Token

Once the token is generated, Propps will advise how to send it to them. This step activates the integration.

Sync a property with Propps

Ensure your property listing is available for digital offers via Propps.

When a listing is created in MRI Vault, it is automatically sent to Propps (no need to tick any portals).

Note: It may take up to 30 minutes for the property to appear in Propps.

Once synced:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. Click the Propps Offers button to view offer details

View the Propps link for buyers to submit offers:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. In the General tab, scroll down to External Links

The URL is visible next to the Offers drop-down menu

How buyers submit offers via Propps

Guide your prospective buyers through the digital offer process.

Buyers will:

  1. Click the Propps link (from your website, email, or response template)

  2. Register or sign in to Propps
  3. Authenticate using their mobile number
  4. Enter contact details
  5. Click Start an Offer and follow prompts to:
  • Enter offer amount
  • Choose settlement preferences
  • Add offer conditions
  • Confirm finance/legal status
  1. Select their account name, confirm details, and accept the terms & conditions.

View offers in MRI Vault

Track and manage incoming offers directly from Vault.

To view offers:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. Click Offers

You can also view offers via:

When marking a property as Under Offer, select the relevant offer using the Use An Offer dropdown in Sales Details.

How buyers can update their offer

Allow buyers to revise their submitted offers through Propps.
Buyers can:

  • Click Update Offer on their submitted offer

  • Enter new offer details
  • Vault will automatically reflect the updated information

Helpful tips and common issues when using Propps with MRI Vault.

  • If the Propps Offers button is clicked before the property is registered, an error message will appear. Wait up to 30 minutes after listing creation
  • You can include the Propps offer link in email templates using the merge field: Property > Offers Link
  • The Activity stream in MRI Vault logs all data received from Propps behind the scenes.
