About Compare & Connect
Compare & Connect is an Australian utility connection platform that helps your clients compare and connect electricity, gas, and broadband for a new or existing home. This integration lets you send client details to Compare & Connect directly from your property workflows.
How the integration works
When you progress a listing to Under Offer, Sold, Let, Unconditional, or Leased, you can tick purchaser/tenant checkboxes to send their details as a utility connection lead to Compare & Connect.
- If you don’t already have a Compare & Connect account, their team will contact you after your first lead is sent to set up your account and arrange commission
- If you opt in at the office level, client checkboxes are pre‑ticked by default to streamline sending leads
Before you start
Make sure you have access to Office Integrations in MRI Vault. If you can’t see Office Integrations, contact your internal MRI Vault administrator.
Set up the integration (one‑time)
Enable Compare & Connect so your team can send leads during sales and leasing workflows.
- Go to: Office Integrations > Compare & Connect
- Tick the check box to enable Compare & Connect
- Tick opt-in all tenants/purchasers being sent to Compare & Connect
- Click Save/Update
Send purchaser or tenant details
Send leads from your normal property progression steps.
- Go to: A property listing that is moving to Under Offer, Sold, or Unconditional, or an available management being set to Let/Leased
- In the progression screen, look for the Compare & Connect section and the purchaser/tenant checkboxes
- Tick the checkbox(es) for the purchaser(s) or tenant(s) you want to send
- Complete the action to set the property to Unconditional or Leased
The selected contact details are sent to Compare & Connect
View activity and confirmations
Check what was sent and when.
- Go to: The property profile
- Click the Activity stream tab
- Review entries showing when purchaser/tenant details were sent and if the settlement date was updated.
