About the Campaigntrack integration
The Campaigntrack integration allows you to send property campaign details directly from MRI Vault to Campaigntrack. This helps reduce manual data entry and ensures consistency across platforms.
Set up the Campaigntrack integration
To enable the integration, you’ll need credentials from your Campaigntrack account manager.
What you’ll need:
- WebService Key
- Office Reference
To set up:
- Contact your Campaigntrack account manager to request your WebService Key and Office Reference
- In MRI Vault, go to: Office Integrations > Campaigntrack
- Enter the Office Reference and WebService Key in the provided fields
- Click Save/Update to complete the setup
Tip: Ensure the credentials are entered exactly as provided to prevent connection issues.
Send a property to Campaigntrack
Once the integration is set up, you can publish property listings directly from MRI Vault.
To send a property:
- Go to: The property profile in MRI Vault
- Click the Other tab > Select Campaigntrack
- Click the green Send Property button to authorise the publication
- A confirmation message will appear, showing the MRI Vault Life ID and confirming the property has been sent
- Click Open Campaigntrack to view the listing in Campaigntrack, or close the window
Note: Any updates made to the property in MRI Vault will also be sent to Campaigntrack after re-authorising.
