About the owner feedback live report
The live report allows you to share real-time owner feedback directly from a property card. This feature gives owners instant access to feedback data within a set timeframe, helping streamline communication and transparency.
Configure the live report settings
Navigate to the property where you want to send feedback.
- Go to: The property card
- Click the Owner Feedback tab
- Click Owner Feedback
- Select the desired date range for the feedback
- Click Send Live Report
A pop-up will appear where you can customise the report content and appearance.
You can configure:
- Show - Choose whether to display the client’s first name or full name, or the display greeting
- Comment - Add a short message to appear in the report
- Include - Select which sections of the owner feedback to include
- Report Expiry - Set how long the live link remains active (5 days, 7 days, or never)

Date Range Tick-box - Keep this ticked to use the selected date range, or untick to include all available data
Tip: Use the Preview option to review the report before sending.
- Once reviewed, click Send Email
Send the live report via email
Once the report is ready, you’ll be prompted to configure the email details.
- Fill in the email fields:
- To - Choose the owner(s) to receive the report
- Cc/Bcc - Add internal users or enter email addresses manually
- From - Select the sender (this is where replies will go)
- Template - Choose a Designly or email template

Subject - Add a relevant subject line
Tip: Use the Preview Email option to review the email before sending. (File > Preview)
- Click Send Email when you're ready
