When listing a project or development site, you can clone the master property to manage individual sales without affecting the original listing. This ensures accurate sales processing and reporting.
Clone a property for sale
To create a copy of the master listing for a specific unit or lot:
- Go to: The property profile for the project or development site
- Click Options > Create A Copy (Clone Property)
- Enter Unit Details - Add the Unit/Lot number for the sale
Tip: You can also copy property photos and owner details.
- Click Create a Copy to generate an unpublished version of the property
- Use the cloned listing to record the sale
