About the ActivePipe integration
The ActivePipe integration allows MRI Vault to sync campaign data, contact interactions, and unsubscribe statuses directly from ActivePipe. This ensures your marketing and property feedback data stays up to date.
Note: The integration requires an ActivePipe account with API access.
Set up the ActivePipe integration
To create an integration token for ActivePipe:
- Go to: Office Integrations > Third-Party Access
- Click Add Token in the bottom-right corner
- From the dropdown, select ActivePipe
- Choose the desired scopes and click Create Token
- Copy the generated token and provide it to ActivePipe to complete the setup
Note: The token is required for ActivePipe to connect with MRI Vault.
View ActivePipe data in MRI Vault
Once integrated, ActivePipe data will populate in key areas:
- Owner Feedback Report - ActivePipe campaign stats for a property appear in the Owner Feedback Report

Contact unsubscribe updates - If a contact unsubscribes from an ActivePipe campaign, MRI Vault automatically updates the contact’s status to reflect this
Access ActivePipe events for a contact
You can view all ActivePipe interactions for a specific contact:
- Go to: The contact profile
- Click the Other tab
- Select ActivePipe to see all notes and interactions
- Use the provided link to navigate directly to the contact in ActivePipe
