Generate the SMS/TXT usage report
Start by navigating to the report section, where you can generate usage data based on your preferred filters.
- Go to: Reports > SMS/TXT Usage
- Select the filters that best match the data you want to see
- Date Range - Select the time period for the messages you want to review

Type - Choose:
- Detailed - Includes contact number, date/time sent, staff member, message content, cost, and delivery status
- Summary - Shows total messages sent and cost per staff member

Staff - Either:
- Tick Everyone to include all users
- Untick and select specific teams or individuals
- Click View to populate the report based on your chosen criteria
Understand results and delivery status
The report includes delivery status for each message, helping you identify any issues with message delivery.
Status details:
- Delivered - Message successfully sent
- Delivery Error - Message failed to send. Check for issues like invalid numbers or service disruptions
