About the activity report
The activity report in MRI Vault helps you view and analyse listing, appraisal, and sales data across your account. You can customise the report by office, team, or individual user to get the insights you need.
Access and generate the activity report
Before you start, make sure you have the necessary permissions to access reports in MRI Vault.
- Go to: Reports > Activity Report
- Choose your report criteria:
- Type - Select Sales or Leasing
- Class - Choose from Residential, Commercial, Business, Rural, etc.
- Range - Set the date range for the data you want to include
- Options - Tick or untick the property data you want to display

Who - Select the office, team, or user you want the report to focus on
- Click Refresh to generate the report
- To print, click Print Activity Report in the top-right corner
Understand report options
These options help you refine your report for more accurate insights.
Unconditional and settled properties
You can choose between:
- Actuals - Includes only properties processed as Unconditional or Settled
- Inc Proposed - Includes actuals plus properties Under Offer (Conditional) or Unconditional with an Unconditional or Settlement date within your selected range
Custom Selection
- Use Custom to generate reports for specific staff members
Tips for best results
- Use a clear date range to avoid pulling unnecessary data
- Combine filters (Type, Class, Who) for more targeted insights
