About the activity log
The activity tab in a contact record shows a detailed history of all changes and actions made to that contact—whether through the web or the app. It’s a useful tool for tracking updates, verifying actions, and auditing user activity.
View a contact’s activity
To access the activity log, you’ll need to open a contact record and navigate to the correct tab.
- Go to: A contact record
- Click the Activity tab
- The activity stream will appear, showing:
- Date and time of each action
- Details of the change or update
View linked property activity
If the contact is linked to a property (e.g., as an owner, purchaser, landlord, or tenant), you can filter the activity to include property-related actions.
- Go to: A contact record
- Click the Activity tab
- Use the View drop-down filter
- Select the linked property to view its associated activity
This helps you see not just contact-specific updates, but also any actions tied to their property relationship.
