About deleting contacts
Deleting a contact permanently removes it from MRI Vault and unlinks it from associated tasks, relationships, and calendar events.
Note: You must have Remove Contacts enabled in your user management settings.
Delete a contact
To delete a contact:
- Open the contact you want to delete.
- Click Options in the top-left corner
- Select Delete
- Confirm the deletion by clicking Yes/Continue
After confirmation, the system displays a summary of the actions taken, including removal from linked lists and events.
You can also delete or archive multiple contacts at once using the filter contacts tool.
