About the changes report
The changes report helps you monitor updates made to contacts and properties in MRI Vault. It shows who made changes, what was changed, and when, making it a valuable tool for auditing user activity across your team.
Note: Make sure your user profile has Reports access enabled in User Management settings.
Generate the report
- Go to Reports > Changes Report
- Choose the date range (maximum of 30 days)
- Select who you want to report on:
- Everyone
- A specific team
- Specific user(s)
Note: The report only supports a date range of up to 30 days.
- Click View
The report will display:
- Date and time of each change
- The user who made the change
- Details of the update (contact or property)
You can print the report if required:
- Click Print Changes Report
The report will open in a new window, allowing you to use your browser's print options.
What's next?
The changes report displays all activity across the system. Use the dedicated activity views for updates related to a specific contact or property.
