About the feedback report
The feedback report helps you consolidate enquiry notes from property listings into a single, easy-to-read document. It’s ideal for tracking buyer interest over time and sharing insights with stakeholders.
Access and generate the feedback report
Before you begin, ensure you have the necessary permissions to access reports in MRI Vault.
- Go to Reports > Feedback Report
- Choose your filters:
- Feedback Date - Select the date range for feedback entries
- Type - Choose between Sales or Leasing
- Property - Select a specific property or leave blank to include all
- Contact/Enquiry - Filter by staff member linked to the enquiry (optional)
- Include Note Type - Choose which feedback note types to include
- Exclude Note Type - Select any note types to exclude
- Added By - Filter by the user who added the feedback
- Order By - Choose between Property or date

Include Holding Area Enquiries - Tick to include enquiries from holding areas
- Click Search to generate the report
- Use the options in the top-right corner:
- Print Feedback Report - Export the report for printing

Add Results to Distribution List - Group feedback contacts into a distribution list
Additional actions with feedback notes
You can interact with feedback notes directly from the report for further updates or insights.
Options:
- Edit an enquiry feedback note
- View the owner feedback report it belongs to
- Access all notes linked to the enquiry contact
