About the system activity report
The system activity report in MRI Vault provides a detailed view of key actions and updates within your account. It helps you track exports, bulk actions, and other system‑level activities performed by your team.
If you’re expecting an email notification for an export or other system action and haven’t received it, you can use the System Activity Report to confirm whether the action was successful.
Successful actions are recorded in the report even if the email is delayed or not received, and completed exports can be downloaded directly from the report.
Access and generate the system activity report
Before you start, make sure you have the necessary permissions to access reports in MRI Vault.
- Go to Reports > System Activity
- Select your date range for the activity you want to review
- Choose who to include:
- Everyone - Tick this option to include all users

Specific Staff Member - Untick Everyone (or leave ticked) and select the staff member you want to report on
- Click View to generate the report
Tips for best results
- Use a narrow date range for faster report generation
- Filter by specific staff members to investigate individual activity
- Regularly review this report to identify unusual or unauthorised actions
