About sharing properties
When a property needs to be marketed for both lease and sale, you can share it with the sales department instead of creating a duplicate. This feature creates a sales version of the property that can be managed separately.
Share a property with sales
- Go to: The property card for the lease listing you want to share
- Next to the property's status, click Share with Sales Department
- Select Yes/Continue to confirm sharing.
A sales department version of the property is created. It can be managed independently of the leasing version.
Switch between versions
- If you have access to both versions, use the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to switch between leasing and sales
- You can also navigate to the desired version from the snapshot view when using the universal search bar
Note:
- Sharing does not duplicate the property; it creates a linked leasing version
- Permissions determine whether you can access both versions
