Property history records a property's lifecycle events, including sales, leases, and withdrawals. This feature helps you review past transactions and manage related details efficiently.
Access property history
To view a property’s history:
- Go to: A property profile
- Click the Other tab > History
- Review all past lifecycle details, including:
- Lifecycle ID
- Owners and Purchasers
- Status
- Appraisal Date and Price
- Listed Date and List Price
- Sales Price and Settlement Date
- Lease Price and Lease Date
- Commission Details
View detailed sales breakdown
To see a full breakdown of past sales history:
- In the History section, click More
- Review details such as:
- Sales information
- Agent Allocation
- Solicitors linked to the sale

Agent Deductions/Agent Allocation,, ensure
Financials
is
enabled in your user settings.
Publish prior settled lifecycle
You can publish a prior settled lifecycle to selected portals:
- This is useful for pushing off-market listings to the sold section of portals.
Reverse a Settlement
You can revert a property’s status from Settled to Unconditional:
- In the History section, locate the current lifecycle
- Click Reverse Settled next to the lifecycle
- Click Yes/Continue to confirm
