VaultRE can be integrated with Homepass and can be switched on via request.

Step by step
Connecting To Homepass
1. There is a standard REAXML property feed (Sent to Homepass every 60 seconds). This is set up and activated by the VaultRE Provisioning Team as per any other portal (website) request.
2. Once the above feed has been set up, you will now need to activate the VaultRE integration (from within the Homepass app, an email is sent by Homepass to the user - Advising their Homepass Office ID (Key))
3. Once activated, navigate to Office Integrations > Homepass
4. The Homepass Office ID (Key) can then be added into the API KEY section and the default note type can be selected. Once completed, you can then click on Save/Update
How to check in a contact via the Homepass App
1. Check-in your attendees as you normally would in your Homepass App
2. This information is then automatically populated into the Homepass Holding Area of VaultRE (Contacts > Homepass Holding Area), where you are provided with the below two options:
- Ignore - This will allow you to ignore the open attendee and not add the contact into your database
- View/Add - Here you can view the open attendee details prior to adding the contact into your database
3. If you choose to View/Add, the system will allow you to review the contact details prior to adding. We also provide the option to make any changes to the contact such as their name, contact details, categories, marketing contact, access settings and the ability to add a requirement
4. Once you have reviewed the contact details, you can then proceed by clicking on Add Enquiry. Upon clicking "Add Enquiry", we can see the note against the contact from Homepass, allowing it to populate into the Owner Feedback Report
Additional information
As you continue to check-in people, the Homepass Holding Area is updated every 60 seconds.
Homepass will send both "check-in" and "feedback" activity events into VaultRE. VaultRE has the knowledge to replace the "earlier" check-in event with the actual "feedback" of the check-in, therefore the user is not cleaning 2x events for a single transaction.
Homepass Tips
- Data is updated every 4 minutes from Homepass
- A contact duplicate check is not performed by Homepass (As this is done via the Homepass Holding Area)
- The owner feedback section will display the contacts under the selected Default Note Type
