About TorFX integration

TorFX enables offices to refer vendors and purchasers to its foreign exchange services during property transactions. This integration is available only to specific offices and account types.

Note: Integration is only available for MRI Vault accounts (not portal pushing or ClientVault accounts).

Activate TorFX integration

A system admin must activate the integration before it can be used.

To activate:

Go to: Office Integrations > TorFX
Select the checkbox to Activate
Click Save/Update

Note: This action is recorded in the system activity log.

Trigger points for referrals

Once activated, you can refer vendors and purchasers to TorFX at these points:

When marking a property as Conditional

Vendors and purchasers appear at the bottom of the modal
Select contacts to refer to TorFX

Tip: Contacts are unchecked by default.

If the property is already Conditional

You can still refer leads from:

Property card: Click Other > TorFX
Contact card: Click Other > TorFX

Note: These options are only available while the property is conditional or unconditional.

Validation requirements

To send a contact to TorFX:

Contact must have an email address and a phone number
Both person and company contacts are supported.
Property must be in a conditional or unconditional status
