About the Palace integration
The Palace integration keeps your MRI Vault property and contact data aligned with what’s in Palace. Once connected, data syncs automatically on a schedule, and you can run a one‑time listing match to align existing records.
Connect Palace to MRI Vault
Set up the connection so MRI Vault can start receiving data from Palace.
- In Vault, go to: Office Integration > Palace
- Enter your Palace credentials
- Review the optional checkboxes:
- Force Publish - Bypasses Vault’s workflow logic (including advanced breakpoints) and pushes listings directly to portals
- Sync Owners - Syncs landlord/owner data from Palace into MRI Vault as contacts
- Click Save/Update to connect
Match existing listings (one‑time)
Run an initial match to ensure MRI Vault's current listings align with those already in Palace.
- After the connection is successful, select Match Listings
- Follow the prompts to match the corresponding listings between Palace and MRI Vault
- Complete the match process.
Notes:
- You only need to run Match Listings once. After this, future listings will automatically push into MRI Vault.
- If a property becomes excluded in a subsequent sync, it will be removed from portals/websites in Vault because it’s no longer listed in Palace.
Control landlord sync (optional)
Landlord/owner syncing is off by default. Enable it if you want Palace landlord records to create/update contacts in MRI Vault.
- Go to: Office Integration > Palace, locate the Landlords setting
- Tick to enable syncing of landlords/owners
- Choose the Category you want these contacts placed into
- Select who owns these contacts in MRI Vault
