About the RiTA integration
RiTA is an AI-powered platform that enhances your CRM data with property insights, market intelligence, and lead generation. When integrated with MRI Vault, RiTA enables seamless two-way syncing of contact details, communications, and property data.
Set up the RiTA integration
To enable the RiTA integration in MRI Vault:
- Go to: Office Integrations > Third-Party Access
- Click Add Token
- Select Aire as the third-party provider
- A token will be generated. RiTA (AiRE) will advise how they prefer to receive it to activate the integration
Tip: Ensure you have admin access in Vault to generate and manage API tokens.
How RiTA syncs with MRI Vault
The integration supports two-way syncing for various data types. Here's how each data type behaves:
Communication syncing
- Calls - Notes are created in both systems when calls are made
- SMS - Notes are created in both systems when SMS messages are sent
- Emails - Notes are created in both systems when emails are sent
- Follow-Ups & appointments - Notes are created in both systems when these are scheduled or completed
- Notes - Any note added in one system appears in the other
Contact management
- Archives - Archiving a contact in one system archives it in the other
- Contact details - First name, last name, mobile, and email sync both ways. Secondary phone numbers are view-only in RiTA
- Communication preferences - ‘Do Not Call’ and ‘No Spam’ preferences sync both ways
- Contact categories - Categories added or updated in Vault sync to RiTA
- Contact data score - MRI Vault updates RiTA’s score, but not vice versa
Property & buyer information
- Property details - Ownership and estimated selling dates sync both ways. Changes in RiTA create notes in MRI Vault
- Buyer Details - Buyer requirements and timelines sync from Vault to RiTA. Changes in RiTA do not update MRI Vault
Note: RiTA does not push buyer timeline updates back to MRI Vault.
