Sticky notes are an excellent way to record important notes and information about property finances, properties, and contacts within the office.

Add a sticky note
Sticky notes can be added to property and contact cards and deleted if no longer required.
Property Card
- Go to: A property profile
- Click the 3 dots (menu) > Click Add Sticky Note
- The sticky note will appear. Click on the sticky note to add your message
Property Financials
- Go to: A property profile
- Click the Financials tab
- Click Add Sticky Note on the right side of the page
- The sticky note will appear. Click on the sticky note to add your message
Contact Card
- Go to: A contact profile
- Click Add Sticky Note on the right side of the page
- The sticky note will appear. Click in the text box to add your message
Modify and delete a sticky note
You can modify and delete a sticky note:
- You can enlarge the sticky note if needed
- You can drag and drop the sticky note anywhere on the page
- A sticky note can only be modified or deleted by a user with system admin access.
- Any user can delete a blank sticky note. The system won't warn you; it will just vanish
If a sticky note is no longer required:
- Click the bin symbol. A pop-up message will appear confirming if you want to delete it
- Click Delete
Note: A deleted sticky note cannot be recovered. You will need to recreate it if you need it again.
