Managing daily tasks, events, and reminders is vital when working with clients. The To Do List helps you stay organised by keeping track of tasks, reminders, and essential sales dates, such as deposit deadlines or conditions due dates.

Access the To Do list
The to-do list can be accessed from either the top bar or the left-hand menu.
- Go to: To Do
The number next to the To Do option shows how many tasks are on your list.
The page will populate all due or overdue tasks for the day.
Depending on the type of task, your available options will vary.
- However, every task will provide you with the option to either Snooze or Set As Completed from within your task list
- Once completed, click on the Set As Completed button. This will then mark the task/reminder as complete
To Do list options
We offer a few options from your To Do List. These include:
- You can choose another user to view their tasks. (This will be dependent on your user management settings)
- Filter by Due or Future Tasks
- Ability to tick or untick Open in a new window (This will ensure that when clicking on any task option, you will not lose your To Do List screen)
- Ability to tick or untick Show completed tasks (This will allow you to filter out the completed tasks. Otherwise, you can Reverse Completion if you are showing completed tasks)

Sort by Newest to Oldest to Oldest to Newest
The To Do List is colour-coded by task/reminder age. These colours are broken down into the following categories:
- Green - Today's task

Red - Overdue task
- Blue - Future tasks will appear once the filter has been changed from due tasks to future tasks
You can add a task directly from the To Do List:
- Click Add Task in the bottom right corner
- Select the user to assign the tasks to, the date, the summary, and the description
- When done, click Add Task
Add the To Do list widget
You can add the To Do List widget to your dashboard so your daily tasks are always top of mind and easily accessible.
To do this:
- Ensure your dashboard is selected from the top-right drop-down menu on the dashboard
- Click on Configure from the dashboard

Tick the What needs to be done today (me)? widget
- Click Save/Update
The widget will show on your dashboard, where you can resize, drag, and drop it wherever you prefer.
