About the REINZ integration
The REINZ integration enables MRI Vault to automatically send property sale data to REINZ and access REINZ eForms. To activate the integration, you’ll need your office and user REINZ Member IDs.
The integration is designed for New Zealand offices and supports residential, land, and rural sales only. It is not available for commercial listings, and reporting to REINZ applies only to supported property types.
Add REINZ credentials
Start by entering the credentials provided by REINZ
- Go to: Office Integrations > REINZ
- Enter your Client ID and Client Secret supplied by REINZ
- Enter your REINZ Office ID
- For each staff member, enter their REINZ Member ID
Ensure each ID is unique and not shared across users
- MRI Vault will automatically save the IDs once entered
View and resend property sales
Once integrated, MRI Vault will automatically send property sales to REINZ.
- Go to: The Processing Log tab to view submitted sales
- Select a month and year from the Month dropdown
- Click View
- Use the Resend option if a sale needs to be re-registered
Access REINZ eForms
You can create and manage REINZ eForms directly from MRI Vault.
- Go to: The Property profile
- Click the Other tab and select REINZ eForms
- View existing forms or create a new one
