About the pipeline report
The pipeline report helps you track all pipeline dates added to properties in your database. These dates assist with following up on potential listings and monitoring property stages, such as when a property is in the pipeline, listed, or withdrawn.
Generate the pipeline report
Before you start, ensure you have the correct permissions to access the pipeline report.
- Go to Properties > Pipeline Report
- Select your report criteria:
- Staff Member - Choose All Staff/Office or a specific user

Division - Select Sales or Leasing
The report will display Year-to-Date (YTD) pipeline data, with the midpoint set to the current month.
To view details:
- Click on the numbers for quick insights
- Or choose Print for a handy overview with a detailed breakdown
Pipeline report status breakdown
Understand what each status means before analysing your report.
- In Pipeline - Properties with a pipeline date assigned (regardless of current status)
- Listed - Properties in the pipeline with a current status of Listed, Conditional, Unconditional, or Settled
- Lost - Properties in the pipeline marked as Withdrawn Appraisal
Additional options for customising your report
You can adjust the report midpoint to refine your data view.
