The MRI Vault iOS app makes it easy to manage properties anytime, anywhere. You can add prospects or appraisals directly from your mobile device and even use integrated tools like Pricefinder or Cotality to speed up data entry.
Add a prospect or appraisal
To add a prospect or appraisal:
- Tap Properties from the main navigation
- Tap + in the top-right corner
- Enter property details - Complete each section by adding:
- Branch (if used)
- Type
- Status
- Property class
- Location
- Particulars
- Appraisal details
- Owners
- Photos
Tip: Ensure all required fields are filled before moving
to the next step.
- Tap Next after each section
- When done, tap Continue to property
You will be directed to the property's profile or use the search bar in your Dashboard or Properties menu to find it.
