Integrate with Cotality

Learn how to connect Cotality to MRI Vault, import property data, and access Cotality tools directly from your property records.

About the Cotality integration

Cotality provides property data that can be accessed at a basic level without integration. Enabling the integration unlocks full functionality, allowing you to import property details into MRI Vault and access Cotality with a single click.

Note: You must have a Cotality account before setting up this integration. The integration is configured on a per-user basis.

Set up the Cotality integration

To connect Cotality to your MRI Vault account:

  1. Go to: My Integrations > Cotality

  2. Click Connect
  3. Log in using your Cotality credentials when prompted
  4. After login, you’ll return to MRI Vault, and the status will update to Connected
  5. Once connected, you can:
  • Navigate directly to Cotality by clicking Go To Cotality
  • Disconnect the integration if needed

Add or edit a property using Cotality

When adding or editing a property record, you can use Cotality to pre-fill property details:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. Below the property information, use the Cotality Search to find the property address

  3. Confirm the property details to populate fields such as:
  • ID
  • Address
  • Bed, Bath, Car
  • Land Area
  • Lot & RP/DP
  • Floor Area
  • Year Built
Note: Data availability depends on Cotality’s records.

Access Cotality data from a property card

Once a property is linked to Cotality:

  1. Go to: The property profile
  2. Click Other > Cotality
  3. From here, you can:
  • View property data in Cotality
  • Access Cotality details directly within MRI Vault
  • Unlink the property if incorrect
