About the Pricefinder integration
MRI Vault integrates with Pricefinder to help users quickly import property data and access Pricefinder tools directly from property records. This integration is set up per user and requires an active Pricefinder account.
Note: Each user must connect their own Pricefinder account. Admins cannot set this up on behalf of others.
Connect your Pricefinder account
To enable the integration:
- Go to: My Integrations > Pricefinder
- Click Connect
- You’ll be redirected to Pricefinder:
- Log in with your Pricefinder credentials
- Click Authorize
- You’ll be redirected back to Vault. The integration status will update to Connected.
You can disconnect the integration at any time by clicking Disconnect.
Use Pricefinder when adding or editing a property
When creating or updating a property record:
- Go to: A property profile
- Under the General tab, scroll to Pricefinder Search
- Search for the property address
- Select the correct match
- Click Continue to pre-fill the property details.
- Click Save/Update
Fields imported from Pricefinder include:
- ID
- Address
- Bed / Bath / Car
- Land Area
- Lot & RP/DP
- Floor Area
- Year Built
Note: Available data may vary depending on what Pricefinder provides for the selected property.
View or unlink Pricefinder data
Once a property is linked:
- In the Pricefinder Search area, click View to open the Pricefinder actions tab or
- Go to the Other tab > Pricefinder
- If the property is incorrect, click Unlink to remove the connection
If any changes are made, click Save/Update
