About Real Time Agent integration
Real Time Agent enables you to input transaction details directly into Vault, reducing manual data entry and enhancing accuracy. Once activated, the integration updates vital listing information automatically.
Enable Real Time Agent
To activate Real Time Agent for your MRI Vault account:
- Email provisioning@vaultre.com.au and request RealTimeAgent activation
- Wait for confirmation from the support team before proceeding
What happens after activation
Once RealTimeAgent is enabled, the following data flows into Vault automatically:

Executed Contract of Sale - Located in Filing Cabinet > Contracts folder

Purchaser Contact Information - Found in the Purchaser tab. Includes name, email, and phone number (if captured in Real Time Agent)

Owner Contact Information - Found in the Owners tab. Updates name, email, and phone number based on contract details
Note: You no longer need to review or approve data in the
RealTimeAgent Holding Area. This functionality is disabled once integration
is active.
